The Ibérica family of restaurants celebrate the beautiful food, wine and culture of contemporary Spain, taking their guests on an inspirational journey through the authentic flavours, spirit and style of their beloved homeland.
Nacho Manzano, their Michelin-starred Executive Chef, grew up in the tiny and remote village of La Salgar in the northern Asturias mountains, where he learnt to cook with his grandmother and mother. Under his guidance, their restaurants celebrate the very best food and drink that Spain has to offer.
TENT are very grateful to Ibérica for offering to support our evening of Spanish culture and wilderness next May at BFI. The evening will be a film screening of Dehesa: Forest of the Iberian Lynx, in aid of the CBD Habitat Foundation.
