This is an intimate gastronomy experience with Aikens, arguably one of the most exciting chefs currently working in the UK, to sample his Great British menus. With this masterclass you will actively engage with him in the kitchen and learn more about his culinary style. A special shared experience designed to connect people together, focused on the love of food and nature.

THE MAN BEHIND THE MICHELIN STARS
Raised on home-grown ingredients and introduced to the world of wine at a young age, Tom Aikens is renowned for his advocacy of fresh, seasonal produce which comes from local suppliers.
A star-studded career (2 Michelin stars to be precise) is the nutshell version of Tom’s story, with highlights including working with world famous chefs Pierre Koffman and Joël Robuchon. In 1996, aged 26, he was in the head role at Pied à Terre leading it onto retaining its second Michelin star, making Tom the youngest ever British chef to be given two of the prestigious awards.
Fast forward to 2019 and Tom’s success has expanded globally, with restaurants in London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. His cooking places an emphasis on where food comes from and how it is grown, and he is dedicated to using local suppliers and producers in his restaurants.
