Partners In Preservation
The European Nature Trust creates impactful collaborations with major donors, family offices, philanthropic organisations, government programmes and the corporate sector. Our comprehensive network of projects helps donors achieve maximum impact, igniting grassroots conservation and empowering our partners on a journey towards a wilder world. We facilitate visits to partnered projects, monitor their progress and donation impact, and build lasting relationships with the conservation heroes making a difference on the ground. Together, we can ensure the preservation of nature for future generations.
Why choose to work with The European Nature Trust?
As an experienced grant-making organisation, we identify the most effective conservation and nature restoration projects across Europe. We leverage our expertise and network to engage well-vetted conservation partners, each with an intimate understanding of local ecology and sociopolitical environment. All projects supported by TENT share common threads; each works at landscape-scale to protect and restore ecological processes – often through principles of rewilding, supporting keystone species – always working to enrich the wellbeing and economies of local communities.
Our funding model then enables companies and donors to work with and visit partner projects, with clear lines of reporting and governance, to become embedded partners in the path to a wilder world, maximising impact and purpose.
A Collective Philosophy
The European Nature Trust’s network of projects functions as a lens to amplify impact for nature. Conserving our planet must be the focus of the many, not the few – without pure water, clean air and healthy soils, little else matters. Currently, less than 5% of global philanthropic giving goes to environmental causes. Our mission is to change that, creating enduring partnerships and awareness for the most impactful conservation projects.
